Curious Thoughts Giving is collaborating with Thong Kheng Senior Activity Centre (Queenstown) to host a Storytime session this June holidays! Join us to read to the Elderly and chat with them! Bring along your child's favourite storybook to read to them, followed by some exciting games such as 'Price is Right' for everyone to play. Come spend the day interacting with the seniors as we wrap up our prgoramme with a bento lunch for everybody! 🙂
Detailed Programme Flow:
1015: Arrival of and Briefing for volunteers
1030 - 1040: Welcoming of Elderly
1040 - 1045: Welcome by Emcees
1045 - 1105: Table games (Connect 4 or Jenga will be provided)
1105 - 1120: Reading of books/Interactions with elderly
1120- 1140: Interactive game “Price is right”
1140 - 1150: Giving out of bento boxes by volunteers
1150 - 1215: Lunch (Volunteers to Eat with Elderly)
1230: End of programme
