About this Event
Storytime is a night for story-tellers, writers, poets, musicians and all manner of lovely folk to share their stories.
We are London's storytelling collective and we are very pleased to announce a new series of spin-off events.
This is the first.
Myths & Legends will be hosted by Kofi Achina - a beloved member of the Storytime collective and one of the finest poets and storytellers on the London scene today.
This night will be a space for tales of old, myths, legends, folklore, whimsy, sculduggery, liveliness and effervescence.
All storytellers will be accompanied by music from wonderful Storytime favourites Babette, who will also close the night with a set.
It makes sense to do this at Folklore, a splendid independent space in Hoxton that is a supporter of folklore and mythology. Very excited to run our first event with them.

We will have stories from a splendid and wonderful line-up of storytellers soon to be announced....
Open Mic
The open mic will run through the night with names pulled from the hat as always.
There will be 1 open mic slot in the first third, 1 in the second third, and 1 in the final third.
You will have 5 minutes if your name is pulled out as we have a packed schedule for this one.
