About this Event
Step through the bookcase for a relaxed afternoon of storytelling for adults, talks, music and making... plus snacks & drinks. This month's theme is Baba Yaga- the famous witch from Russian Folklore.
Listen to a story with music, find out more about the history and folklore surrounding the figure of Baba Yaga and make your own witchy badge. If you're feeling brave, you might want to have a go at telling a story yourself.
Your hosts are Vanessa and George.
What to expect:
A bookshelf you can walk through.
Storytelling for adults, live music and a bit of background with four short breaks.
A chance to colour, design or draw your own badge, make it and take it away with you.
A chance to talk and ask questions.
A chance to pick up food or drink from the bar.
A 15 minute open mic/guest spot at the end.
