About this Event

Once upon a time everyone was a storyteller.

We still are: we are always talking to each other, but if you wish to get really good at storytelling this session will help you to hone your skills.

The content of this event will be decided at the February session.

Storytelling Skills is a monthly event but you can join at any time. If you have a specific aspect of storytelling you would like to learn about please let Carmel know and she will try to set up a session to support you.

Suitable for all abilities

Carmel Page is a renowned storyteller who performs in large museums, around blazing bonfires, in spooky graveyards and whilst throwing teddy bears at her audience. She is passionate about storytelling and giving people the skills and confidence they need to fill the land with stories.

Accessibility: The Writers Workshop’s space in Orchard Square, Sheffield, has no step-free access. If you have been excluded from this event due to inaccessibility, please let us know. We are committed to finding fully accessible premises and, in the meantime, making as many of our events available online as possible.
