As the weather begins to warm and wildlife wakes up, join us as we spring into spring with a story! Everyone is invited to take a comfortable stroll at the refuge while following the pages of a children's storybook. All ages are welcome. More books are available in the hearth room. The Story Stroll may begin inside or outside the Bloomington Visitor Center depending on weather. There is no registration for this event. The Story Stroll is easy active and at-your-own pace. Comfortable and weather appropriate clothing and shoes are recommended.
Restrooms and water fountains are located inside the visitor center. Handicap parking and dropoff available. Visitor center is flat aggregate or carpeted flooring with ramps to access all areas. There are benches and rest areas around the visitor center. The Story Stroll may be indoors or outdoors depending on weather.
