About this Event
Ride the storms to discover your strength. Everyone feels anger. We can get angry for different reasons because it tells us that something we care about has been threatened or that our needs are not being met. However, we want to use safe ways to respond to our strong emotions.
Led by practitioners from Singapore Children's Society, Storm Riders (Parent-Child Edition) is a group-based anger management programme designed for children aged 9 to 12, focused on targeting various cognitive-behavioural difficulties manifested by children with anger or behavioural challenges. We also work with parents, caregivers, and significant adults to equip you with tools and skills to appropriately support your children manage their strong emotions, such as anger.

- Understand Emotions - Learn to identify and express feelings in healthy ways
- Cope with Anger Safely - Pick up simple, safe strategies to cope with big feelings
