Stitching Into Stillness is a Soul Medicine Day for WomenI’m so excited to open bookings for this intimate 6-hour immersive gathering.
This is not a craft class.
It’s a gentle return to yourself.
Together, in a small circle of just six women, we will slow down, share tea, settle into a short chakra-aligned sound bath, and move into a mindful Sashiko stitching practice using a beautiful variegated thread woven with the colours of the chakra system.
The stitching becomes a meditation.
A way to soften.
A way to listen.
A way to reconnect.
No experience is needed.
All materials and workbook included.

There has already been lovely interest in this circle, with four women reaching out prior to launch. With only six spaces available, this will be a deeply intimate gathering.
