About this Event
Stillpoint begins with a short guided Yoga Nidra practice to help the body and mind settle. This is a brief opening to support the transition into the main gong sound journey.
During the session, you’ll lie comfortably while the sound of the gongs gradually guides the body into deeper relaxation.
The experience unfolds in two distinct sound journeys, separated by a brief quiet pause where the body can naturally settle before the second phase begins.
The session ends with a gentle return to awareness so you can leave feeling grounded, clear, and refreshed.
Attendance is intentionally limited to maintain a calm and comfortable environment for everyone.
What Happens During the Experience
Stillpoint follows a simple and intentional flow:
- Brief opening to help you settle and arrive
- Light guided breathwork to bring attention into the body
- Short guided Yoga Nidra practice
- First gong sound journey designed to soften tension and quiet mental activity
- A brief moment of quiet stillness to allow the body to absorb the experience
- Second gong sound journey that supports grounding and stability
- Gentle closing to transition back to the room
There is nothing you need to do during the session.
Simply lie down, relax, and allow the sound to unfold.
Why the Session Uses Two Gong Journeys
Most sound baths use continuous sound.
Stillpoint is designed a little differently.
The experience includes two distinct sound journeys, each played using different gong techniques and mallets.
The first phase helps the body soften and release accumulated tension.
Then there is a brief pause in quiet stillness, creating space for the nervous system to settle naturally without additional stimulation.
The second phase introduces a more structured sound environment that helps the system return to a stable and grounded state.
Many participants find that this combination of sound, followed by a pause, and then sound again allows the body to settle more deeply than continuous sound alone.
