About this Event
As the seasons shift, spring invites a natural time of renewal—an opportunity to release what has been held and reconnect with a sense of ease, clarity, and vitality.
This Spring Reset Sound Bath offers a deeply restorative experience designed to support the nervous system in moving out of stress and into a state of calm and balance.
Through gentle guidance, breath awareness, and the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls and grounding instruments, you will be invited into a space of stillness where the body can soften and the mind can settle.
Research in neuroscience and somatic practices shows that when we slow down, bring awareness to the breath, and rest deeply, we support the parasympathetic nervous system—the body’s natural state of repair and restoration.
In this session, you may experience:
- Deep relaxation and nervous system regulation
- Release of physical and mental tension
- A sense of clarity, lightness, and renewal
- Reconnection to your body and breath
No experience is necessary. This practice is gentle, accessible, and open to all.
✨ Come as you are, and allow yourself to rest.
