About this Event
Restorative yoga is a gentle practice that uses props like blocks, bolsters, and blankets to allow the body to release tension.
To further immerse your mind and body in relaxation Jana and Becky will use sound instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, and their voices to soothe the busy mind.

Time: 5:30-7PM
Location: Wildlight Yoga Studio, 4041 N. Milwaukee Ave
Your evening will include:
- Props and eye pillows provided
- No experience necessary
- bring your own mat or use one of ours
- guided postures with optional adjustments
- sound healing instruments: singing bowls, chimes, and other modalities
- live singing provided by Jana and Becky

Meet your hosts!
Jana:
Jana is a sound therapist, yoga instructor and loves all things metaphysical including astrology. She used to b a lawyer but left th coprorate world for a more creative life. She is a seeker of truth and loves to be in nature with her dog Zorro.
Becky:
Becky has been a yoga instructor for nearly 14 years. She is a lover of books, crochet, writing and creating music. She is a mom of three boys and a 100lb pup named Brownie. She loves to incorporate music and mindfulness into each flow she leads.
