About Still Waldos:
A Joint Collaboration with Lagunitas Brewing Co, Still Waldos is a Single Malt Whiskey made from the 100% barley mash from Lagunitas Waldos Beer mash bill. The Waldos mash is accented with hops in Griffo's custom copper pot still for a deliciously bold and floral flavor profile.
This 2026 release was aged for six years, featuring American Oak from famed French cooperage Seguin Moreau. This unique collaboration between Lagunitas and Griffo Distillery showcases the creativity and innovation of both companies.

Rusty Reds are a 70's classic rock side project featuring Pete Delaney, Chris Chappell, Katie Schuch, Paul Olguin, & Tim Gahagan.
