Still I Rise is a 6-week guided breathwork journey designed to support deep emotional release, self-reconnection, and personal transformation in a safe, intentional space.
Through the power of breath, community, and inner exploration, each session will gently guide you through layers of healing—inviting you to let go, open your heart, and step more fully into your truth.
