About this Event
Healing isn’t linear—and neither is growth.
Join us for a unique therapeutic experience that blends creative expression, plant symbolism, and guided reflection to explore the journey from survival mode into intentional growth.
In this small-group setting, participants will engage in a plant & paint experience while learning how survival responses (fight, flight, freeze, fawn) shape thoughts, behaviors, and identity.
Each participant will leave with a personally decorated pot and a live pothos plant—a symbol of continued growth, even through life’s most challenging seasons.
