About this Event
Whether you’re brand new to running, getting back into it after some time away, or training for upcoming spring races, this program is designed with you in mind. Our goal is simple: create a supportive, encouraging space where you can build endurance at your own pace and feel confident every step of the way.
Over the eight weeks, we’ll focus on steady progression through a mix of run-walk intervals, conversational-paced efforts, and gentle endurance builds. There’s no pressure to hit a certain speed or distance; just an opportunity to move consistently, connect with others, and discover what you’re capable of.
