Steps to Gather Walk

Welcome to Steps to Gather! Join us for a community walk for professionals in mental health and eating disorder care. This is a space to step away from our offices, enjoy being out in nature, and build meaningful connections with like-minded professionals.

Whether you're looking to expand your network, find support among peers, share resources, or simply enjoy a mindful walk in good company, this event is for you. All paces are welcome—this is about joyful movement and connection, not miles.

This in-person event will take place at Jeffrey Open Space Trail, we will meet at the picnic tables just beyond the street parking for an up to 2 mile walk. Provided refreshments and snacks after our walk!
