Gloves for Grief: 3 Year Anniversary Box & Breathe Retreat

This event is all about healing, connection, and intentional self-care.

Whether you've joined us before, or this will be your very first Box & Breathe, you are in for something truly meaningful. We are expanding our signature 2-hour event into a 4-hour immersive retreat, thoughtfully designed to offer deeper connection and new healing experiences.

You will begin by punching your pain with Certified Nike Trainer Ashley Guarrasi, then rotate through a variety of supportive stations, including a restorative sound bath, a healing kintsugi art experience, and a mini support group. It's a beautiful balance of mindful moments and heartfelt support.

We will close our time together with a meaningful group activity, nourishing food, and a safe space to connect with eachother. Whether you come to work-out, relax, or reflect, you will be alongside others who truly get it and will leave feeling seen, supported, and uplifted.

Two attendees will receive a free future Tissue Renewal Facial by Jolene at JZ Corrective Skincare (valued at $165 each).
