Patty shares ceremonial cacao in honor of her Mexican Indigenous roots, carrying forward ancestral traditions with deep reverence and intention. Through lineage remembrance, heart-centered prayer, and traditional medicine songs, she creates a grounded and nurturing space for reflection, healing, and renewal.
Kathy weaves Reiki and an immersive sound journey with crystal singing bowls and vibrational frequencies to support energetic balance, nervous system regulation, and embodied integration. The sound gently anchors the ceremonial experience within the body.
Together, they hold a safe and intentional container for sacred rebirth.

In this intimate gathering, we come together at a sacred threshold — the Spring Equinox — a moment of equal light and dark. This turning point invites us to honor what winter has taught us while welcoming the energy of new beginnings.
Through ceremonial cacao, traditional medicine songs, Reiki, and a restorative sound journey, you will be supported in releasing what no longer serves and awakening the seeds ready to bloom within.

Kathy Brook-Wong is an Advanced Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Sound Healer, and Community Weaver who creates sacred, heart-centered spaces for healing and connection.
Trained in Usui Reiki Ryoho, Tibetan Usui Reiki, Kundalini Reiki , and Integrative Energy Therapy, she weaves Reiki with the therapeutic power of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and Native American flute to bring deep relaxation, balance, and emotional renewal.
