Join ShreyaLynne for an in person, 30 minute session to practice some meditation and breathwork to centre and ground yourself. Take just 30 minutes out of your day to join her in a journey to stillness and calm. Prepare for the rest of your day by practicing some positive self-care and by slowing down from face-paced working.
Anyone is welcome, no special equipment or experience required. You will be sitting on chairs (or the floor if you find that more comfortable!)
This session will take place in the learning centre (room 3) at Peterborough Hospital
