Step Up for Mind 2026 Is back!Last year you helped us raise £5,000 for mental health support in Carmarthenshire. This year we’re going bigger — and we’ve got something even more exciting to share.
The money raised from this walk is helping us fit out Y Stryd — a brand new walk-in mental health support space for young people in Llanelli, opening this June. No referral. No waiting list. Just a door that opens when someone needs it.
And you can help make that happen.

🎸 Theme: 80s fancy dress encouraged — not required
