Join us for Leadership Snohomish County's 9th Annual Step Up: Moving Equity Forward conference, a movement towards equity and social justice. This VIRTUAL event will be held on Friday, April 25, 2025, from 8 am to 4:30 pm PST.

Step Up 2025 is not just a conference; it’s a movement toward equity and social justice.

On Friday, April 25, 2025, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. PST, Leadership Snohomish County invites you to a virtual event that fosters deeper understanding and creates dialogue on critical issues around equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging.

Formerly known as STEP UP: Moving Racial Equity Forward, the event has evolved to embrace a broader spectrum of equity topics, including neurodiversity, disability, LGBTQ+ inclusion, mental health, and more, while maintaining a strong commitment to racial equity and social justice. Whether in society or within your workplaces, this event will equip you with innovative strategies that cut across sectors from business and government to nonprofits.

The interactive conference offers attendees opportunities to discuss topics, network with others, and participate in Q&A sessions. Meticulously curated workshops cater to diverse interests and learning needs. Solution-oriented sessions delve into unexplored aspects of diversity, equity, and inclusion, offering fresh perspectives on pressing issues.

Learning doesn’t stop when the conference ends. For 30 days after the event, participants will have access to recorded sessions, allowing them to revisit the insights and reinforce their understanding at their own pace. Please note only the presentation portion of the workshops will be recorded.
