Welcome to Step out, Breathe In: Inner Fire! This theme is all about creating energy from within. Join us for a day of self-discovery and rejuvenation. This gathering is designed to ignite your inner fire and help you reconnect with yourself and others. Through four workshops, you'll have the opportunity to explore your body, release stress, and embrace your true potential. So mark your calendars and get ready to step out of your comfort zone, breathe in the fresh air, and ignite your inner fire!

What to Expect

• 🤸🏻Mobility: explore your relationship with your physical body with a guided mobility session aimed at testing the limits of your range of motion and flexibility.
• 🧘🏻‍♀️Breathwork: experience an inquiry into the self through an activating and supportive breathwork.
• 🌀Movement Flow: Build inner fire with a session on flexibility and strength
• 🎶Sound Healing: Unwind to the vibration of tibetan singing bowls.
• 🌱Nourishing Meal: enjoy a well-deserved and nutritious lunch cooked on-site by Paloma of Paloma's Kitchen
• ✨Community & Connection: A day of disconnecting from phones, obligations, responsibilities, to connect with yourself and each other. This event will attract people just like you - those eager to connect and on a mission to nurture and nourish.
• 🧊(Optional) Ice plunge: reset your body through contrast therapy.
• 🏖️(Optional) Beach Swim: connect with nature swim in the open water at a beach a short walk from the venue.
• 30 minute 1-2-1 add-on consultations: Book a private session with the facilitators during the day (whilst they are not teaching). See facilitator profiles and booking options below.

Transport

Pick up and drop off is at Hung Shing Temple Sampan Pier #6 in Aberdeen (closest MTR is Lei Tung Station). Pick up: 9:30am/Drop off:5:30pm. Ferry transportation at said times are included in your ticket price. If you need to leave the venue early, you will need to make your own alternative transportation.
