Get ready to move and have fun with our Step Aerobics class! Join us at 250 E Main St Suite 3300 on May 9, 2026 at 10:30 AM (Eastern Time). Whether you're a beginner or a pro, this is the perfect way to boost your energy and step up your fitness game. Lace up your sneakers and let's get stepping together!
This fun, easy-to-follow class combines classic & modern step aerobic moves that will get your heart pumping!
Class Vibes: We will be jamming to songs from the 2000's that will have you reminiscing, moving & grooving.
**Please come dressed for class, bring something cold to drink, & a small towel to wipe that sweat**
Classes are held in The Sibley Building, Downtown Rochester, NY. The best way to find us is to enter through the 260 E. Main Street Sibley Entrance (Citizens Bank ATM),
Use the door all the way to the left (May have a focus theater sign on it)
Take the elevators near the security desk, to the third floor.
The studio is the third door on the left.
