Join us in the Watergrasshill Kitchen Studio for a hands-on cooking experience that brings the classic steakhouse dinner to life. In this interactive class, Chef Heidi will guide you step-by-step through the techniques behind perfectly seared ribeye and its timeless accompaniments.You’ll learn how to select and prepare different cuts of beef, master proper seasoning, and achieve that coveted restaurant-quality sear. You'll begin your meal with a classic Caesar salad with from-scratch Caesar dressing and homemade croutons that elevate the entire meal. Chef Heidi will also demonstrate the art of a classic French béarnaise sauce to accompany the steak which will be served with crispy smashed red potatoes and broccoli steaks.
