Homemade pasta takes a bit of love but is well worth the effort. Chef Hannah Sabatino will show you how to create pasta by hand, teaching you tips and tricks along the way. You'll learn 2 different pasta shapes including fettuccini and gnocchi. Then learn how to create 2 delicious sauces from scratch that will pair perfectly with your handmade noodles. Lastly, you'll learn how to make a caprese salad with burrata and crostini. Our classes are designed for people with a passion for food and a desire to learn. That being said, we believe that a cooking class is just as much about learning as it is about enjoying your time doing so. You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors. Each student will go home with a packet of recipes and a belly full of delicious food!

Hannah Sabatino is a professionally trained chef, recipe developer, and culinary instructor who believes great food should be both inspiring and approachable. After training under Jean-Georges Vongerichten, she now works as a food editor for a recipe app while also running Dishing It, her private chef company offering intimate dinners and cooking classes.
