Description:
Looking for a way to feel more grounded, confident, and emotionally balanced? Steady Mind, Steady Body is a weekly wellness class designed to support mental and emotional well-being through gentle, intentional movement and guided reflection. Each session stands on its own - so you are welcome to attend weekly or drop in whenever it works for you.
Movements are adaptable for all abilities and paired with mindful moments that encourage self-awareness, calm, and connection. No prior experience needed!

Info: This first session focuses on creating a sense of safety, predictability, and control. Participants are gently reintroduced to body awareness in a seated position to reduce anxiety, support nervous system regulation, and rebuild trust in their bodies.

Info: This session focuses on building confidence and a sense of control through gentle core engagement and supported movement. By strengthening the bodyโs center, participants explore how physical stability can support emotional steadiness and self-confidence.

Focus, Attention, and Cognitive Load
Info: This session supports focus and attention by pairing simple movements with light mental tasks. By practicing coordination between the mind and body, participants explore ways to reduce mental overload and improve concentration in a controlled, supportive environment.

Flexibility for Emotional Release
