Come join us on Sunday, September 14, 2025, at 11:00 AM (Pacific Time) for the kickoff of our new series Get Ready, Stay Ready: Building Our Power.
This community self-defense gathering led by Tuff Love Fitness hosted by AAPI Women Lead.
Come be part of this intimate gathering where you will learn the basics of self-defense. We’ll learn essential physical and mental self-defense techniques for everyone. You’ll leave with practical tools, boosted confidence, and a free self-defense tool to help you stay safe and ready. Space is very limited. Registration is required.
