We have some of Miami’s top instructors leading the class that will help you reset and connect, during this epic journey inward.

If you’ve never been to a STAY FIT 305 event before, then we welcome you to join our growing community of fitness enthusiasts of all levels. If you have been to a STAY FIT 305 event before, then make sure to bring a friend and introduce them to our amazing community that you’ve helped build!

- Check-In: 6:00 PM
- Yoga: 6:30 PM
- Where: The Gale South Beach Hotel rooftop - 1690 Collins Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139
- Cost: $10
- Parking: Parking Garage on James Ave, Parking Garage on Collins Ave, street, or rideshare. (We advise using the parking garage or rideshare)

“By participating in this Stay Fit 305 (“Company”) event, the participant (“Participant”): (a) agrees to voluntarily, freely and expressly assume all of the risks associated with his or her participation in all activities associated with this Company event; (b) agrees to observe and obey all posted rules and warnings and follow any instructions or directions given by the Company or its agents with respect to his or her participation in this Company event; (c) warrants that there are no health-related reasons or problems which preclude his or her participation in this Company event; and (d) agrees to waive, release, discharge, indemnify, hold harmless and promise not to sue Company from, against and for any and all claims, damages, expenses and liability associated with his or her participation in this Company event.”
