State of West Side CLT: Annual Meeting & Property Tour

We’ll dine together, elect board members, share special announcements, enjoy guided sunset bus tours of some of our most notable developments, and culminate with a presentation outlining our key achievements as we create permanently affordable housing in west Charlotte and beyond.

What to do BEFORE the event:

1. Mark your calendar for June 8 at The Union at Station West. Doors open at 5:30 pm. The program begins promptly at 6:15 pm. Bus tours of key properties will depart from The Union at Station West at 7:00 pm.
2. Check whether your membership dues are up to date. To renew your membership, please make a donation online at westsideclt.org. Membership is $20/year for service area residents (see service area zip codes below) and $50/year for public members (anyone who lives outside of the service area zip codes). To check your membership status, email [email protected] with "Membership Status" in the subject line. You can attend the meeting if you are not a member, but you cannot vote unless you are a member.
3. Board Member Nominations. If you are a resident of the service area, you may nominate a resident of the service area to be a board member. We have 1 resident board seat available. Please send your nominations by email to [email protected] by 5 pm on Wednesday, May 20. Include the nominee's name, zip code, email address, phone number, and a sentence about why you are nominating them. (Service Area: 28208, 28216, 28214, 28217, 28205)
4. Self Nomination. If you are a resident of the service area, you can nominate yourself to be a member of the board of directors. Please send your nomination by email to [email protected] by 5 pm on Friday, May 15. Include your name, zip code, email, phone number, and a sentence about why you want to serve.
