Starting Solids Workshop with Solid Starts and Manhattan Valley Pediatrics

Are you the parent of a child under 18 months with questions about feeding or introducing solid foods? Manhattan Valley Pediatrics is excited to welcome Kary Rappaport (OTR/L, MS, SCFES, IBCLC) and Kim Grenawitzke (OTD, OTR/L, SCFES, IBCLC, CNT) from Solid Starts for a special event all about starting solids.

Join us on Friday, March 6th at either of our locations for:

• Drop-in Q&A with speech and swallow experts
• Hands-on feeding coaching. We supply the high-chair and the experts, and you bring your child and a food you are working on (no allergens, please).

This is a great opportunity to help your child explore a new food, particularly if you are:

• Just starting out
• Moving from purees to baby led weaning and want some demonstration and advice
• Worried about gagging with certain foods and want a safe environment for your child to explore a new food in
