-- Sensuality Dance
If you're curious to explore and express your sensuality through dance, this class is for you.
Sensuality can be playful, exciting, relaxing and even deeply calming for both body and mind. In this class, I offer a safe, open space where you’re invited to reconnect with your body and express your sensual energy.
We work with a variety of physical exercises focused on body awareness, expression, transformation, and play. Together, we explore different textures and qualities of movement, from soft and flowing to strong and grounded, all in service of feeling more at home in your body.
These classes are open to all levels and all genders. No experience needed, just a willingness to move, feel, and discover.
-- Afro-Modern Dance
If you’re looking to feel more free in your body and connect more deeply to music while dancing, this class might be just what you need.
Afro-Modern combines the grounded, rhythmic energy of African dance with the fluidity and freedom of modern dance. This fusion helps you develop body awareness, explore musicality, and find joy in movement, whether you're dancing solo or in connection with others.
We focus on rhythm, flow, and expression. By working with different grooves and dynamic movement patterns, you’ll discover new ways of moving, improvising, and listening to your body. You’ll also get a glimpse into the cultural roots and spirit behind the movement, in a way that’s accessible, inspiring, and fun.
All levels are welcome. No need to have any background in dance, just bring your curiosity and your feet.
