About this Event
Beneath Starlit stillness, you are guided through therapeutic movement and sacred breath, awakening the energy centers that shimmer within. We will offer opportunities for more strength, flexibility, and core inspired movement if you want to challenge the body. You also will have opportunities to stay with grounded, slow like movement if that is what your body is calling for. Its your choice to listen within and move as your body is calling. Like constellations aligning, each chakra begins to glow-clear, balanced, and restored. As celestial tones ripple through space, the body drifts into deep harmony, the mind softens into quiet wonder, and the soul remembers its place in the vast rhythm of the universe. A journey of light, alignment, and cosmic return.
We will teach in the beginning about the chakras so you leave with a good knowledge on the subject. We will embed knowledge of the chakras into the practice. :)
Enjoy a beautiful serene space under a northern lights projector. Space is limited. Beginner friendly. Adaptations will be provided. Come as you are and leave feeling rejuvenated. The practice will help you unwind and get ready for bed. We will end with a gentle sound bath to prepare you to sleep.
