Taking place a couple months after a new set releases, Store Showdowns are casual tournaments that award prizes for both participation and placement. This is the most competitive that Casual Play gets, but the focus is still on having fun and learning the game, making this phase the perfect opportunity for someone to dip their toe into the tournament scene!This event is capped at 16 players, secure your spot by purchasing a ticket.
FORMAT
Premier (best-of-three), 3-5 round Swiss tournament (dependent on player numbers)
Please aim to arrive at 1:15pm so we can promptly start at 1:30pm.
Round 1: 1:30 - 2:25, Round 2: 2:30 - 3:25, Round 3: 3:30 - 4:25, Round 4 (if needed): 4:30 - 5:25
All players: 2x A Lawless Time boosters, 2x Weekly Play boosters, 1x Rio Durant promo card
1st: 6x A Lawless Time boosters, Maul - Master of the Shadow Collective promo cards (Champion, Finalist, Top 4, Top 8 )
2nd: 4x additional A Lawless Time boosters, Maul - Master of the Shadow Collective promo cards (Finalist, Top 4, Top 8 )
