Introduction to Crossfit Workshop

WHAT TO EXPECT:

This workshop will begin with a gymnastics floor session, focusing on core strength, body positioning, and key shapes to support our main skill — Toes to Bar.

We’ll then move to the rig, where you’ll learn and work through progressions to build confidence and efficiency in your Toes to Bar.

To finish, we’ll head into a barbell segment, focusing on the fundamentals and technique of the Clean, helping you move better and lift with more confidence.

Please arrive by 8:50am so we can begin promptly at 9:00am
