Join us for a look at the many ways Star Trek: The Original Series used science-fiction to comment on real-world Cold War tensions. After a brief talk by museum staff about Star Trek and Cold War metaphors and censorship, enjoy two classic episodes of the series. This program is held in conjunction with the Anchorage Museum’s Cold War to the Cosmos: Distant Early Warning Systems and the Arctic exhibition.
