This group is a safe, confidential space for individuals experiencing workplace bullying, grievance processes, or preparing for employment tribunals.
Seeking professional support can be intimidating and very expensive, and navigating things on your own can be isolating and overwhelming. We’re here to offer guidance, support, and understanding every step of the way. This space is designed to offer encouragement, shared experiences, and practical insight to help you feel more informed, empowered, and less alone.
Led by someone with experience of employment tribunal processes and with extensive expertise in governance and organisational processes, the group provides insight into how workplace systems operate, how to approach formal procedures, and how to build confidence in your case.

It is a confidential and supportive environment where members can:
* Share experiences in a safe, non-judgemental setting
* Gain practical guidance on documentation and processes
* Build confidence when navigating grievances or tribunals
* Learn how to communicate clearly and effectively
* Feel supported by others going through similar experiences
