Brand new Club coming to Stoke, specialising in 50s & 60s R&B, Blues, Soul & Crossover, Rock n Roll and all things related to R&B of this era! Joe Newbon will be spinning at the first event on Wednesday 2nd October. Joe is originally a Stokie born and bred, and has recently come back home to Staffordshire after being away for a number of years. whilst away he has been running the Kent R&B Club in Canterbury and DJing many major R&B and RnR Events globally, as well as fronting his own R&B band (King Joe & The Atlantics) which features the styles of Wynonie Harris, Joe Turner, Charles Brown, Amos Milburn, Jimmy McCracklin and Many.
Come along to support a great new event, which will continue monthly if it's given the support it deserves (use it or lose it!). there is no other club like this in Stoke itself, and we hope to bring you the vibes and energy of some of the regular London R&B events right up to our doorstep in Staffordshire, which nothing but great music played all from Vinyl 🔥
