Are you a social prescriber, link worker, or community connector working in Stoke-on-Trent? Are you looking for an opportunity to network, build connections, and learn more about your local VCSE sector?VAST are in the process of developing a supportive forum, meeting, or drop-in for anyone working in a social prescribing, care navigating, or community connecting type role.
If your work depends on connecting with the VCSE sector in order to support better health and wellbeing outcomes for people in our city, then we hope this may be for you!
These initial sessions offer an opportunity for you to shape this forum and to influence future content, themes, and format so that they are as valuable as possible to your own work. Are there areas you’re struggling to access? Topics on which you feel you need some expert advice? Places or issues where you feel there are gaps in provision?
Join us on Tuesday 24th September or Thursday 3rd October at the Dudson Centre for this world café-style discussion. Sessions will last one hour.
This is a hybrid meeting - please indicate when booking whether you will be joining in person or online.
If you have any questions or suggestions, please contact Tom Pine at [email protected] / 07587 420964
