St. Paddy's Partner WOD and Pub Crawl 2025
On Saturday, March 21, join us for a fun-filled St. Patrick's Day Partner WOD and LoSo Bar Crawl! $40 per person fee includes a St. Paddy's themed shirt (unisex sizes!), and proceeds from ticket sales will go to Good Soles (https://www.facebook.com/GoodSolesinChrist/). There will also be some exciting raffle items given away immediately after the 2nd heat! Your participation will help provide men and women transitioning out of homelessness with steel-toed boots and non-slip shoes for work. Be sure to check in to all of our neighborhood bars for food and drinks--Sugar Creek, OMB, 4001 Yancey, and Queen Park Social. Please select your shirt sizes when you sign up. Shirt sizes are not guaranteed if ordered after March 7. Heat times have a 30 team limit so sign up soon to get the time you want! Can't wait to see you there!
Workout will consist of three 12 minute mini AMRAP WODs--To be announced, but are easily scalable to all fitness levels
