About this Event

Ignite your curiosity!
Join us for an evening of discovery at St. Benedict School on Thursday, April 16, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Prepare to be amazed by mind-blowing experiments, interactive activities, and fascinating demonstrations. It's going to be a night full of fun and learning!

Don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity to explore the wonders of science with your friends and family. Mark your calendar and we'll see you there!
A Collaborative Family Adventure! This event is designed for students and parents to discover science together. To make the most of our experiments, this is a team effort where parent participation is required. Please note: This is a family-centered experience, not a drop-off program.

⚠️ Important Registration Rules

To ensure a safe and fun environment for everyone, please read carefully before registering:

  1. St. Benedict Students Only: This event is open strictly to students who currently attend St. Benedict.
  2. Active Parent Participation: This is a team effort! To ensure every student has a safe and successful experience with our challenges, we require a parent or guardian to stay and work alongside their child. We appreciate your help in making this a hands-on learning environment for everyone! This is a family event, not a drop-off.
  3. One Ticket Per Child: You must register each child individually so we have an accurate count for materials.
  4. Strict Capacity: Only students who have registered and are accompanied by a parent supervisor will be admitted. We are unable to accommodate walk-ins or unregistered siblings due to group size restrictions. (Due to the specific funding of PRO Grant and the capacity limits of Mad Science, this event is strictly capped at 200 students. We encourage you to register early, as tickets will be unavailable once this funded limit is reached.)
Funding & Attendance Policy (Please Read)

This event is fully funded through a PRO Grant. To ensure these funds are used effectively and no spots go to waste, we are using an Active Confirmation system:

  • Confirmation Required: You will receive an email 10 days before the event. You MUST click "Yes" to confirm your attendance, or your tickets will be released to the waitlist.
  • Cancellation: If you can no longer attend, please cancel via Eventbrite immediately to allow a family on the waitlist to take your spot.

Snacks & Schedule

  • Intermission: There will be a 15-minute break mid-event to stretch and recharge.
  • Student Refreshments: Each registered St. Benedict student will receive a nut-free snack and a juice box.
  • Funding: Refreshments are provided by the School Council Funds to complement our PRO Grant-funded event.
