SRT Welcome Back Community Event: 1 Mile Run & Pilates

Join us for a feel good morning of movement, connection, and community at Westside Park.

We’ll kick things off with a guided warmup at 8:45AM, followed by a 1 mile run at 9AM, perfect for all paces. Whether you’re running, jogging, or walking, this is your space to show up and move your body.

After the run, we’ll flow straight into a Pilates class led by ILendFlex Pilates to help you reset, strengthen, and stretch. BRING YOUR OWN MAT

To top it off, Juicy Dreamz will have juices available for presale so you can refuel post-workout.

And of course… we’ve got a little something special waiting for you too. 👀
