In this class, I will teach you how to integrate mind, body, and spirit while working with the Taoist energy called the Dan Tain, rooted in the 8 branches of Chinese Medicine. In this sound healing you will listen to nature's singing plants, (a scientific form of nature's sound healing discovered in Italy,) plus crystal bowls. We will go deep into a meditative state of Taoist breathwork which can heal, release, and awaken the heart.

I will work with you to help guide you through your chakras to unravel life-long patterns stored in your body.
