About this Event

A Yoga & Connection Event hosted by Connection Collective.

A morning of movement, matcha, and community in a sunlit studio space in Toronto.

Join Connection Collective Toronto for a 2-hour experience featuring a dynamic 45 minute yoga class led by Shannon K Yoga Wellness, followed by light recovery, delicious matcha, and intentional connection with women who share your love for movement.

This is more than a class. It’s an invitation to move, strengthen, and meet other women doing the same.

Led by Shannon K a 500 hour registered yoga instructor known for her passion for providing personalized, thoughtful teachings to help you feel steadier, stronger, and more at ease. Join us for a spring equinox themed vinyasa class, perfect for all levels. Expect a full-body session that promotes stability, coordination, and body awareness. Come move, stretch, and strengthen at your own pace.

After we move, we will spend the rest of the time in the studio trying Nnow Coffee's delicious matcha as we get to know one another.
