Celebrate the balance of light and dark as we welcome the energy of spring. This class weaves intuitive movement with the collective creation of a healing crystal grid. We will set intentions for renewal, growth, and harmony while supporting each other in community by mindfully building a shared crystal grid at the center of our space followed by a gentle spring yoga class. You are welcome to bring their own crystals to contribute (you’ll take them back home afterward), as well as photos of loved ones!
