Held in the peaceful surrounds of Tara Springs, this half-day retreat invites you to slow down, realign, and awaken your inner vision for the season ahead.
This is not just a yoga workshop—it’s a deeply held and supported space to release tension, restore vitality, and reconnect to your feminine wisdom.
You’ll be guided through a carefully curated Yin Yoga sequence based on the Wood Element of Chinese Medicine, supporting the Liver and Gallbladder meridians, and paired with intention setting, guided relaxation, and seasonal insight to harmonise body, mind and spirit.
