Step into a slower, wiser way of being with this nourishing six-week Lunar Yoga series, designed especially for women who long to reconnect with their natural rhythms.
Held in the serene surrounds of Tara Springs, these weekly classes are an invitation to attune your body and soul to the moon’s cyclical wisdom—awakening your feminine energy, restoring inner calm, and aligning your life with a more intuitive pace.
Each class combines gentle, feminine yoga with lunar insights, meditation, women’s circle elements, and quiet time for integration. A cup of herbal tea and garden moon-gazing (weather permitting) completes the ritual.
