Hosted by Matt Chambers - whisky and spirits writer, influencer and presenter, and co-founder of North London Whisky Club and Whisky For Everyone website.
4x 5cl samples will be offered (that's a double pub measure x4) with detailed explanation of each whisky from Matt as we walk and talk.
Meet outside Warwick Avenue Underground station (Bakerloo Line) by the taxi rank at 3pm.
Walk is approximately 2.5 to 3 miles and will see us take in Little Venice, The Regent's Canal (with a detour to Lord's cricket ground if there are any cricket fans on the walk), London Zoo and the Primrose Hill viewpoint.
* Please Note / This is not a guided tour of The Regent's Canal but a leisurely stroll to sample and learn about whisky, ask questions that you have always wanted to ask, sip and savour, and take in the scenery and fresh air.
Finish at Chalk Farm Underground station (Northern Line / Edgware branch) at approx. 5pm. There will be the opportunity to visit a local pub for a post-walk pint also.
No previous whisky knowledge needed, just enthusiasm and interest.
Individual hipflask for each guest (worth £10) will be provided, which is included in the ticket price and you can take it home.
Please bring a bottle of water and we ask all guests to Drink Responsibly.
Strictly over 18s only. Please bring ID if you are lucky enough to look close to that age.
Please check the forecast on the day and dress appropriate to the weather, as we will be outside for the full duration of the walk.
