Spring Wellness Mini Retreat at Holdsworth HouseThis is the first mini retreat where Adeles Yoga has partnered up with Holdsworth House to create a premium wellness experience.
The venue lends itself perfectly for a luxurious treat of self-care, whilst being guided throughout by Adele from Adeles Yoga. The experience is limited to 14 people to keep it small and intimate. The yoga on the day is suitable for all abilities, including complete beginners. Here's what to expect:
📆 The Date: Sunday 12th April
🏰 The Venue: Tucked away on the outskirts of Halifax, Holdsworth House, Holdsworth Road, Halifax, HX2 9TG
⏰ Times: 09.30am - 1.30pm with the option to stay afterwards for a treatment in the farmhouse spa (limited availability; please contact Adele if you'd like a treatment)
💴 The Cost: £85.00
The Itinerary (subject to change)
09.30am arrive & enjoy a seasonal welcome drink or a good ol fashioned cuppa tea / coffee
10.00am - 11.30am Enjoy a Spring-themed Yoga practice, led by Adele
11.30am - 1.00pm Private dining where we'll enjoy a healthy seasonal brunch
1.00pm - 1.30pm A guided meditation & closing ritual (either inside in our yoga room, or outside weather permitting)
1.30pm the day will close and you can either depart refreshed and uplifted, or stay and enjoy a treatment in the new Farmhouse Spa. Alternatively enjoy the premises and the grounds before floating back home.
The cancellation policy: you can cancel and receive a refund if you provide 6 weeks notice, however after that time period there's no refund available.
