A date for your diary Monday 13th April. Join us for a 6 week training block and find out what our club is all about while improving your running. Couch to 5k
5k to 10k
Monday evenings will be a general run with at least two groups to cover all paces and abilities. The first week will be fun and give us chance to see everyone's starting point so we know how to help you progress.
Wednesday evening will be a track session which is taken by one of our EAl trained coaches.
These sessions are great with drills to help your running form, and a session where you can work at your own pace to help improve your speed and endurance.
We are a friendly and supportive bunch. Our club nights cater for all abilities and everyone is made welcome. Why not give us a go? You can't lose.
