About this Event
Spring is nature’s reset, and you deserve one too.
Join us for a nourishing wellbeing morning designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply and properly switch off. The venue holds 20 people, we have already sold 10 tickets.
During this special event, we will move through Yin Yoga Sun Saluation, Poses Workshop, Yin Yoga and Restorative Geentle Yoga. We will then finish with deeply restorative relaxation practices and a soothing sound bath, helping you leave feeling lighter, calmer and more grounded. All supported with gentle mediations throughout the day.
This is a lovely chance to step away from the busyness of everyday life and take some time for yourself in a warm and welcoming space.
