Emma, Sprouted Brighton:
"Sprouting is an easy, fun and cost effective way to bring vital minerals, and natural planty goodness into your diet. I began spouting in 2019 during lock-down as a way to eat nutritious organic fresh food whilst reducing my plastic footprint and all from my window-sill garden.
Perfect for all kinds of living spaces, sprouting and sprouted micro shoots add a wealth of plant powered points to your diet, and they are a joy to grow during all year round . Join me for Kindly's New Growth community talk this April and learn how to start sprouting and growing your own delicious planty goodness at home. I truly believe organic home sprouting is a way for us to collectively boost our vitality and thrive in our local urban neighbourhoods."
